Service Technician at Cylinda – based in Northern Stockholm

Are you a technically skilled problem solver with a passion for customer service? At Cylinda, you have the opportunity to work with market-leading appliances and become a key player in our service team. We are currently looking for a service technician – focusing on northern Stockholm – who wants to enhance the service experience for our customers.

About the role

As a service technician, you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Cylinda's appliances
• Product replacements and installations at customer sites
• Working independently with support from colleagues and customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction

The position is based in Stockholm, covering the northern area. A 6-month probationary period applies.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma in electrical/VVS or equivalent acquired knowledge that we assess as comparable
• Has technical experience, preferably in appliances or a similar industry
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys customer contact
• Has good computer skills
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
